Corcentric Completes Acquisition of Determine
Two months after the preliminary announcement, the American publisher of purchasing and financial process automation solutions has just completed the acquisition of almost all of Determine's assets, following approval by the board of directors of both companies and shareholders. The $32 million transaction is intended to complement the Cloud Determine platform with complementary services (consulting, payment and financial management solutions) to strengthen project results and ROI. Born in 2015 from the merger of Selectica, B-pack and Iasta, Determine will now operate under the name "Determine, a Corcentric company". The new group boasts more than 6000 customer references worldwide.

A few months after the successive acquisitions of DCR, Aquiire and Hiperos, at the end of 2018, the American publisher has just made a new acquisition by getting its hands on Exari, for $ 215 million. This major operation should allow it to strengthen the contract management of its full purchasing suite, which had already benefited from the contributions of another specialized solution, Contractually, acquired in 2016. With nearly fifteen external growth operations since its creation, the publisher must continually meet the challenge of integration, to reduce the fragmentation of its platform. At the end of 2018, Coupa had 1,300 employees and more than 1,000 customers worldwide, with revenues of approximately $185 million.
